The 4 clips below are from the MOPS Public Event at the John Wornall House Museum, August 20th, 2011.
======================================================

In the first few seconds, you can hear a soft, but clear, 2 knocks. Rachel asks, "What was that?" Alex says, "I don't know what that was." Rachel asks, ""Did you hear it?" Alex says, "Yeah."

Recently, when MOPS and the guests go on break, we've been capturing lots of noise away from where everyone is. In this clip, the audio was left running in the Carriage House as everyone had met up on the side porch of the main house. It sounds like someone walks into the garage and starts shuffling around. We verified no one from MOPS or the guests was in the carriage house at the time.

Also on break during this Public Investigation, we caught more noises in the Carriage House while no one was in it. Toward the middle of this clip, there's a little bit of light whistling, which has been caught many times, and then an odd noise. The noise might be normal, but the whistling occurs just before it.

Once again, we have captured, who we believe to be the carriage driver, whistling at us! Justin is in the middle of explaining the scale of EMF and how it relates to the Carriage House. While he's talking, there's clearly a whistle. No one reacts to it, and it wasn't someone's squeaking - that would have been audio tagged.

The 3 clips below are from the MOPS Public Event at the John Wornall House Museum, July 30th, 2011.
======================================================

Right in the beginning of this clip, you hear some light clicks, immediately followed by 3 quiet (but deep) thuds. A guest says, "What?", and Justin states, "I heard that too." This was captured in the Carriage House
NOTE: Throughout the night, the guests & team had been asking for the alleged entity to make itself known. This was one of the louder occurrences that multiple people heard.

Between investigation halves, MOPS typically leaves its audio going in rooms away from the guests & team. This audio recorder was left in the downstairs of the Carriage House on a table. With everyone over at the main house for break, we were able to catch this loud whispered voice. It sounds very similar to a couple of other voices caught in the Carriage House on investigations past. Unfortunately, we can't seem to make out what it says at this time.

The main voie in this clip is a guest saying "Ooh! Sorry, I didn't mean to hit you." As she says the word "didn't", you can hear a male whispering. The only males in the Carriage House with the 2 guests were MOPS team members. We reviewed the audio and determined that it was not a MOPS member whispering. This clip is the hardest of the 3 to hear, so be sure to listen closely!

The 6 clips below are from the MOPS Public Event at the John Wornall House Museum, May 21st, 2011.
======================================================

In this clip, the audio recorder is sitting upstairs by itself, with MOPS team and guests downstairs getting settled in. You can hear the team and guests talking amongst themselves when, around the 4.5 second mark, there is a louder, but more whispered voice that says "Hey." The audio recorder downstairs did not record anyone saying "Hey."

This clip has a pretty clear, but whispered voice that says "I've got to go." The sound happens right at about the 2 second mark. All MOPS Team and guests were downstairs in the Carriage House, but this audio recorder was upstairs. It was verified by the downstairs audio recorder that no one said this out loud.

Here is a short clip of what sounds like a male voice. To our audio analysts, it sounds like it is just moaning. The sound was captured while the MOPS team and guests are downstairs. No one tagged this sound as a yawn, or anything else meaning that no one heard this at the time. This audio recorder was upstairs in the Carriage House.

While the MOPS team and some guests are being quiet in the downstairs of the Carriage House, they heard this loud bump & scrape sound. It sounded like to them like someone was moving upstairs.

Caitlin starts to say "So I don't know if that's her..." and as she says "her", there appears to be a buzzing or growling sound that the team and guests had heard a few times that night. This is the loudest clip captured of the sound.

At first we thought that some of the MOPS team and a new set of guests were coming back to the Carriage House after our halfway point break. We soon realized that no one was back. It was actually another 3.5 minutes before anyone returned to the Carriage House from the Main House.

The 5 clips below are from the MOPS Public Event at the John Wornall House Museum, April 23rd, 2011.
======================================================

This clip shows Caitlin addressing the guests inside the house, explaining how John Wornall's 2nd and 3rd wives were 1st cousins and that they didn't like each other. At the very end of this clip, it sounds like a clearly whispered "No" as if in confirmation of this little history lesson in the Parlor.

In the clip above you'll hear what sounds like a loud screech. While we can't be positive that this is paranormal, this is the first time we've ever heard anything like this in our multiple investigations of the John Wornall House Museum. The sound byte was captured in the Kitchen while no one was around.
NOTE: If anyone can identify this sound to a specific animal, please e-mail us at EVP.Analysis@missouri-paranormal-society.com

Light whistling can be heard  at the beginning of this clip, and about 4 seconds into this clip you can hear some louder whistling start. What we find interesting is that Justin & Rick's group of guests are in the carriage house being very quiet as they heard noises upstairs seconds earlier. The whistling continues through the clip as Justin says "If that was upstairs, that was like, on cue," referring to what they heard. Another guest agrees saying, "Mhmm." MOPS has found whistling several times before on our investigations here, always in the Carriage House, and never heard in person.

A guest asks, "Do you want to stay here?" while investigating in the Carriage House. A few seconds later, at the end of the clip, it sounds like a faint response. We've done our best to clean up the audio, but still can't quite make out what it's saying.

Throughout the night, several people got spikes on their EMF meters when trying to communicate with the entities at the John Wornall House Museum. In this clip though, you can hear some shuffling upstairs in the Carriage House while MOPS and the guests were doing an EVP session downstairs. Everyone could hear it out loud, as you'll hear 2 guests react at the end of this clip saying, "What was that?"

The 3 clips below are from the MOPS October Event at the John Wornall House Museum, October 30th, 2010.
======================================================

The stationary DAR in the JWHM Kitchen caught this clip. While people are shuffling about, moving out of the Kitchen, there is a very out of place whispered voice that, to MOPS, appears to say "James". The voice happens about 1.8 seconds into this clip. To the best of MOPS' abilities, we were able to determine that the voice was not one of the team members or a guest from that night.

This clip was found on the DAR that was with the team, inside the JWHM Carriage House downstairs. Caitlin says, "We all just came to talk to you, so...." and while everyone was listening for a response, it seems that a quiet child's voice was found. No one, MOPS member or guest, tagged this as themselves, and Rachel nor Caitlin remember hearing this sound during their EVP session.

While Rick was with Justin and some of the guests in the JWHM Kitchen, Rick asks, "Is that your rifle on the wall?" About 4 seconds later (at the end of the clip) it sounds to MOPS like a voice in response. Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to make out what it says. This clip was caught on 2 different DARs the team had with them that night; this clip is just louder.

The 3 clips below are from the MOPS October Event at the John Wornall House Museum, October 29th, 2010.

Justin was caught completely off guard when he heard the sound in this clip. It sounded to him just like a can of soda being opened, but no one would have been carrying around anything but plastic water bottles. MOPS determined that a water bottle depressurizing would not have sounded like this, and there would have been an associated plastic crinkling sound along with it. This was caught on the DAR the team had downstairs in the JWHM Carriage House.

This DAR was left upstairs and was stationary in the JWHM Carriage House. While the team and guests were doing a quiet EVP session downstairs, the sound, which seems like a female gasping, was found. MOPS verified that no one present made the sound heard in this clip.

Here, a guest says 'Alright...' and she, along with several guests and MOPS members, hear what sounds like a popping sound seconds afterward. You'll hear people talk about it, but not tag it as themselves, so we believe this to be a disembodied sound. Lots of hours of audio review at this location have shown this not to be a noise ever experienced in the JWHM Carriage House. This DAR was upstairs in the Carriage House.

Thanks to one of our guests this night, Lauren, we have a clear sound heard by everyone in the John Wornall House Museum's Carriage House. In the clip, you hear the loud thump from upstairs (also verified on the Digital Audio Recorder MOPS left running upstairs) that guests and MOPS members reacted to. Thanks again, Lauren!

In the JWHM Carriage House, while a group was doing some temperature readings, one guest notices that the temperature was fluctuating. Immediately after she said the temperature was going up, we caught what sounds like a whispered voice clearly say "Help me."

Not even a minute after the clip above, still while guests are getting temperature readings, MOPS has found what sounds like the same whispered voice commenting on a guest's reading.
Guest -  "... seventy nine..."
EVP Voice - "No, eighty."
Guest - "Eighty... seventy nine," (as she was giving live updates of her thermometer)

While guests are all downstairs in the JWHM Carriage House, the DAR upstairs picked up this whispered voice. It sounds like it says "Help me, Rose. Help me." In the clip, you can hear members and guests talking downstairs, but it was verified by the downstairs DAR that nothing being said sounded anything like "Help me, Rose. Help me."

The 4 clips below are from the MOPS October Event at the John Wornall House Museum, October 22nd, 2010.
======================================================

This clip has Justin asking "If you are here, can you stomp on the floor to let us know?", but while he's asking that, it sounds like there is whistling going on. The whistling sounds very similar to what MOPS has caught previously at the same location. This was recorded in the 2nd half of the night, in the John Wornall House Museum Carriage House.

Here, Rachel asks, "Can you make the rocking horse move? Do you like playing with that?" and gets what sounds like a response of "Mmm hmm" directly after it. This was recorded in the JWHM Child's Bedroom, upstairs.

This clip is pretty straight forward - it sounds like someone walking into a room. The room in question is the JWHM Carriage House 'Bedroom', upstairs. Each of the 3 steps gets louder, with the last being very prominent. We have concluded with 100% certainty that all members and guests were accounted for downstairs in the carriage house at the time. Additionally, if it were a person from MOPS or a guest, there would have been more footsteps moving away from that area, which were never heard.

This was recorded on the stationary DAR upstairs in the JWHM Carriage House 'Bedroom'. Immediately in this clip, you hear a guest cough downstairs, followed by what sounds like a little bit more whistling, then shuffling very near the audio recorder. Again, we verified everyone was accounted for downstairs, and there was no one around this audio recorder when this was caught.

The 5 clips below are from the MOPS Public Event at the John Wornall House Museum, September 25th, 2010.

It appears that Caitlin and some guests are attempting to open up communication by means of EMF interaction through our meters. After Caitlin requests an entity to stand in front of the lights on the meter, you can hear what sounds like a voice saying "Get out." Just a couple seconds after the out of place voice, Caitlin mentions that the EMF meter goes up, which appears to be in direct correlation if it is in fact an entity.
NOTE: According to the JWHM staff, several people and paranormal teams have heard a voice saying "get out", so this is a very interesting finding to us at MOPS!

This clip isn't an EVP, but rather highlights a moment in during the 2nd half of the evening in the Carriage House where everyone is upstairs talking when a loud noise downstairs startles the team and guests. Almost everyone in that group, throughout their stay, reported hearing sounds downstairs while they knew no one was down there.

During this clip, you'll hear a soft whistle. This is caught on the MOPS upstairs Carriage House DAR, in the first few minutes after being turned on during the second half, and while no one was in that building. The team and guests were outside visiting the fire pit.
NOTE: This is another repeat EVP, which helps increase the significance of this clip.

Similar to the clip above, this is still just a few minutes into the second half of the evening, where the Carriage House team is still outside checking out the fire pit. While no one is in the building, or near it, there appears to be a soft whisper in this clip. You might need to amplify this in order to hear it.
NOTE: MOPS is still debating on what this might be, so any input you can give us would be great!

Again, this is the upstairs Carriage House DAR, during the second half. You can hear Caitlin talking to the guests and team. While she's talking it sounds like a male laughing to himself. The interesting part is that everyone is downstairs at this point, and the laugh is so quiet, MOPS was only able to capture it on the upstairs DAR.

Analysis: You'll hear a guest start to say "I would really like to see..." but before she can finish saying "... a 5 point 0," it appears that there's a whispered voice talking at the same time.  A few seconds later, there is a very similar whispered voice. The voice was not recognized by MOPS as a member or a guest. This clip is from the stationary DAR that was running in the JWHM Kitchen.
NOTE: The sections that sound quieter have had the hiss reduced to allow listeners to hear the possible EVP's.

MOPS member Joe asks "Are there any soldiers in this room?" Just a few seconds later there is an out of place voice that seems to respond. No one in the room seems to have heard it as there was no reaction to it. This clip is from the stationary DAR that was running in the JWHM Kitchen.

This clip is short, but found to be odd due to the fact that no one should be near the DAR. The group in the house was upstairs at this point on the opposite corner of the house, and the JWHM staff was in her office being quiet. Several minutes have gone by since anyone was near the kitchen. MOPS has done their best to determine the voice is not of anyone at the JWHM that night. This clip is from the stationary DAR that was running in the JWHM Kitchen.

Within the first few seconds of this audio, it sounds like extremely hard to hear footsteps. Shortly thereafter, a guest asks, "Do you hear something upstairs?" This clip is from the stationary DAR that was running in the JWHM Carriage House.
NOTE: This clip is very hard to hear, so we apologize if you can't.

This clip sounds somewhat like a whistle, but MOPS members agree that it could be something completely normal like a bird. Interestingly though, MOPS has found whistling EVP's from this same location before. Lastly, no one made a note on the audio about there being a sound, which is common practice for MOPS members. This clip is from the stationary DAR that was running in the JWHM Carriage House.

If this EVP is in fact not a guest, then it sounds like a direct response to one guest's question, "Where are you from?" The answer clearly but quietly says, "Missouri."
NOTE: MOPS would greatly like feedback from the 2nd group of guests from the Carriage House from this event to determine if this was simply one of them responding. We truly just want to know if the audio is normal conversation or an EVP. This clip is from the stationary DAR that was running in the JWHM Carriage House.
