Case Requests

In order to make all case requests uniform, we ask that you follow our guidelines as outlined below so that we may process all requests as quickly as possible.
1) In the subject line, please include the City and State of the location to be investigated.
2) In the body, please include the following:
- Full Address; I think this is pretty straight forward.
- Type of Establishment; Residence or Commercial?
- Request Type; Is this a request for you, someone you know, or just a suggestion?
- Contact Info; Name, e-mail, and phone number?
- Relationship; Are you the owner, resident, or patron?
- Activity; What kinds of activities are claimed to happen?
- Duration; How long have the claims been going on?
- Frequency; How often do the claims take place?
3) Once you have all of the above information, e-mail your request to: Case.Manager@missouri-paranormal-society.com
